How long does it take to deliver items once payment is made?
Tutus And Tux will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 5 working days. Delivery lead-time is around 5 working days.
Items will be delivered to your doorstep within 1 – 4 working days via Aramex/Poslaju.
Delivery coverage orders are delivered within Malaysia and Singapore only. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorization.
Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.
Pre-Orders
All our listings for pre-order products include an expected delivery date. However in some cases, pre-order products may not meet the initial estimated delivery date. Should this case arise, we will change the expected delivery date and inform you via email.
Should you place an order consisting of both a regular and a pre-order product, you will be receiving two separate shipments. The first package will include all your regular products. The second package, which will come at a later date, will include your pre-order product.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided (for local/international orders) via email upon confirmation of processed order.
Import Taxes & Duties
Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the respective destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Tutus And Tux. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.
